web-token/jwt-util-ecc[v2.0.9, ..., v2.1.9] require ext-gmp * -> it is missing from your system. Install or enable PHP's gmp extension.
It seems like you might need the GMP PHP extension. Make sure it's enabled for both the webserver and command-line PHP versions.
