I propose the extension of the "flag-system" to allow flagging of user accounts. This could both allow community members and extensions to flag users that do not adhere to community guidelines within other content then discussions/posts. This could for example be content in FoF User Bio, Formulaire, etc. This then could also be used by extensions like Spam-prevention that already check addition content for spam.
What should be implemented:
- Within the user profile page a UI in the "Controls" dropdown to manually flag a user
- An Extender that allows other extensions to programmatically flag users
- Integration into the moderative notification dropdown to render the flagged user
