Tag Description

Hi, guys, there is some kind of extension that can separate tags by text as in the screenshot.
I wanted to implement it myself but I have little experience in programming

Example, there is a text (Section description), then several tags, then again descriptions of some section and then tags

Does anyone know how to implement this idea ?

This would likely require creating a custom extension.

You could make the "titles" be first-level primary tags, and the subcategories be second-level primary-tags, then you would just need a way to keep every subcategory open (by default only the active category is expended). I believe some people made that change to their forum but I'm not sure if their code is public.
