E-mail notifications error?

I'm having problems with the e-mail notifications in v1.5.0 but I'm not entirely sure if the problem has not occurred before.

When an e-mail is send, in the message itself the name of the person being mentioned or the name of the person replied to are shown like this:

@'[unknown]'#p3683 or as @'[deleted]'#301

Is there anything I can do to solve this myself or is this a known error?

Lukeman if the emails are generated by flarum/subscriptions then it'll be caused by flarum/framework3454
