Delete/hidden last connection from user profile

I would like to hide the last connection of my users (in their panel/profile), but I can't find a way.

Any simple code to hide it? I tried to change it with the translate too, but it can't find that area.

Users can turn it off manually in Settings > Allow others to see when I am online

I don't think there's a way for the admin to force it off for everyone.

An extension could automatically set the setting to Off by default, but I don't think such an extension exists at this time.
