The issue
I have installed extension Neon Chat. Some time, when i have a lot of unread chat message, i can see the count of unread message, but when i click to chat frame, message can not load. I have checked console and see that error: "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'onbeforeupdate')"
Post some information here like what you expected to see, but got instead. If you can find any logs in /storage/logs or in your browser console that relate to the issue, add them.
