Hi matheusvieira
I've been following Sandstorm since their crowdsource funding. It is a useful system, but it's more geared for cloud-based apps with per-user content (think about Google Drive, Dropbox, personal notepads and information repositories). It doesn't perform well with dynamic, public website software such as MediaWiki (the software behind Wikipedia). In order for it to work, Sandstorm has to create a static copy of the website and then push it out to the public server each time. This means that it's pretty much impossible to exercise the real-time editing features and other dynamic parts of the content.
For forums like Flarum, it would either need to be completely behind the login, or use a method like MediaWiki. Neither of these are particularly ideal.
Since Flarum is open source, it'd be completely possible for someone to take Flarum's package and make it work for Sandstorm. I'm sure that would be greatly welcomed by Sandstorm and Flarum communities.
That said, webeindustry's post is accurate, we're satisfied with the server setup we have and we're not looking to move our community at this time.
Thanks!
