domain.com/flarum/public TO domain.com | HELP ME

Need to to change my Website path From domain.com/flarum/public to domain.com

I am a newbie,I cant understand the Customizing Paths in documentation article posted by the Flarum

This is what I see.Not the Forum Interface, What Is the Error I have done ?

MrMetta it seems enabled, maybe restart the webserver (apache/nginx etc)?
