Unable to install flarum on wamp server

i have installed with composer but when browse it will showing error cannot change the an active session.can you please help me to fix the issue.

I'm not sure wamp supports all the required libraries

i have followed this tutorial also. but unable to install it , it showing cannot change the name of an active session.

download folder on local doesn't have extension folder.

HemandraAjmera beta5 removed the extensions folder.
