James120 You will need to use composer for this. Once you run it, just insert the command. In the case of the extension that @kebindong indicates you would have to write
composer require fof/upload
If you do not have the option to use composer, you would need to know how you installed Flarum. It can be done locally and then upload the entire vendor folder.
