As in Flarum banned user are still be able to login to their account and change account Avatar,
as this issue will require maybe years before be fixed, will be useful an extension that help to avoid benned user to upload avatars this also because in Flarum there is no possibility to Flag an user account that has dangerous bios or copyrighted images.
Maybe an extension that can add those functions will be useful also if I truly believe this should be in the core.
- Forbid user to upload avatar if the account is suspend and reactivate the upload avatar function if user is not suspended any more
- Allow profile flag (report profile to moderators)
