Nearata can you describe the benefits of using this extension versus using Cloudflare without it? Is it just a quick access to Cloudflare settings?

I see in Cloudflare documentation that a token can have custom permissions. So I guess you need to select multiple of those permissions for the extension to work? It's probably safer to use the custom permissions rather than complete access, otherwise a compromised Flarum admin account could allow the attacker to change the IP for the entire server in the DNS.

Yes. Maybe the only useful feature is when you need to clear cache. The other features were added for completeness compared to the wordpress plugin version.

Yes, a custom permission-based token would work just fine.

How about the Cloudflare R2 service, will it be included in the extension?

Potentially useful extension, but flawed and badly documented. Only seems to work if your forum hostname is the same as your zone name, which won't be the case in many circumstances. I got around that by updating the Helper.php file. It is then not clear what permissions the cloudflare token requires, and after a few attempts, gave up and uninstalled.

Using this permission. A bit overkill but still can't get the upload to write to Cloudflare R2 bucket.

Did you get R2 to work with Fof/upload extension?
That's my only main need for the extension.

Chope I also learned that the cloudflar minify feature is going to be deprecated in a few months time. Not a big issue for me, as I was interested in moving avatars to R2, which this ext seemed to suggest was possible.

Yes, I got upload configured for R2 using its native S3 capability. You need to be very careful with the settings - I think what caught me out there was that I'd added a trailing "/" at the end of my endpoint URL. Once removed, it worked just fine. I tracked that one down by error messages in my flarum logfile, so do be sure to check yours if you're seeing problems.

Which code did you use in the config.php file?

Not sure what you mean - I didn't make any changes to config.php for fof/upload with R2. I just added the details to the preferences in the admin panel.
