The issue
After using the Package Manager to update two extension without any issues, yesterday I was checking for update and found a Flarum core 1.7.2 update was present and also a FOF Ignore user update as described here.
First I pressed the button to update FoF Ignore user and a red message said the Package Manager was now broken and the invite to check the error log. With this error message buttons to check if there are updates disappeared.
For update Flarum and the extension I need unistall the Package Manager after disabling it.
Now also if I re-install the extension still not work and it's not only me!
