Customizing sent Confirmation E-mail

I really would like to customize the confirmation E-mail for my forum, as you can see it's pretty broken atm

Is there a way to do this, or my only option is to disaple the confimations mail?

I hope double posting won't get me in trouble, but I also connected my website (forum) host and got this answer back: So judging by this response flarum manages the sent out message, or? And if yes, please let me know how could I fix this error, because it's pretty annoying, and just by myself I couldn't figure out any fix. Thanks ?

Flarum emails don't send with =s and newlines on them. Probably a problem on the server side.

So I wrote a ticket to my webhost explained everything that's happening what you guys said, but this is the answer they gave me:

I checked the flarum language file and there's no problem in the text formatting, so what do you guys think, how could I fix the problem?
