Email setting not working

I have done the setup of the forum on cloudways sever and everything is fine.
But not able to set up the email setting.
No receiving or sending emails working on the forum.

I tried with Sendinblue SMTP details in the Admin-Emails setting but with no success.

Can anyone help me out, please?

amargoraya usually hosting providers block the outgoing port to prevent spam. Get in touch with cloudways support or try the alternative smtp port.

It's fixed now, I bought cloudways Elastic email addon and turned on "mail driver" in the forum with noreply@abcd.com email address.
