Hi i am seeing lot of new users with random alphabet characters how to stop them?

I've seen the same thing. If I can I will update blomstra spam prevention this week with some measures to prevent this.

Is there a way to add captcha to sign up process?

Glad to hear it !

Even though it's necessary, I don't like captcha because it's often frustrating. So I'm up for another solution.
