I would like to have an extension that allows my forum users to make a small payment (like a dollar) amount in Monero (XMR) cryptocurrency as a way of registering themselves to the forum.

The missing piece is having the flarum server registrant specify his desired username along with his monero payment, and once the payment getting 1 confirmation, automatically allow him to login with his username.
