When update the plug, got error "Could not clear contents of `storage/cache`..."

After updating my version 1.3.0 to 1.7.2 in docker, my plug FoF reCAPTCHA arise an error, and I think maybe I should update it. So I try docker exec -ti flarum extension update fof/recaptcha, but got a error like 'Could not clear contents of storage/cache. Please adjust file permissions and try again. This can frequently be fixed by clearing cache via the Tools dropdown on the Administration Dashboard page.'

But it is false when clearing cache via the Tools dropdown on the Administration Dashboard page.

So please give me a suggestion to solve this problem. Thx. 😭

You should change permission of directories storage and cache, how its said in this error.
I had same error, and fixed it by this. Actually, i just deleted file cache, and then created it..

You can google how to change permission of file
