Server with correct date but new post is dated 2019

I'm trying to figure out why this is happening, I use flarum's docker. My server is date correct, flarum container is date correct, but when a new post is posted it is dated 2019, does anyone know what this could be?

talesam are you able to use phpmyadmin to run

SELECT NOW();
