I ask in general but i need this one suggestion for this plugin. Can i instal extension in my localhost via Terminal or composer and after ziped files upload to my files into cpanel where all flarum files are ? I ask cuz i use that way to instal flarum. I am f newbie. but rly like this Blog its clean and fast.

Xkyer which version of Flarum are you running? Beta 13, 14 or 15?

Release 0.1.5 (still beta-13 though)

Hi everyone! First of all, thank you all for your enthusiasm!

I'd like to let the you know that I'm currently working on the extension and expect the beta-15 update at the end of this week. The last thing that will be added to the beta-13 releases would be the blog composer, I'm currently working on that.

Most of the bugs that were reported on GitHub are now fixed in the latest version.

Yes, that's correct! As promised, we now deliver the new Flarum Beta 15 version!

Is the extension compatible with FoF Night Mode (or will it be since as I see it's not)?
Is there anyway we can use custom css for the Blog Page?
Is it possible to add a Meta Description to the Blog Page?

JasperVriends One quick UI suggestion: There doesn't seem to be a way to get from the blog to the rest of the site; perhaps the IndexPage nav menu could be pulled into the blog's right hand nav side (under categories or somewhere near there?)

Question : how to put the blog as homepage?
adding a share button at the bottom of "posts" or with fof/share would be great too
adding the following or subscription widget would be a good idea too
adding the support of fof/reactions to react like a pro
adding the support of Popular Discussion

But really, it's a nice job!

I added a link to the blog to the sidebar, but not the sidebar to the blog if that makes sense.

PascalBoschma For more information about night mode take a look here. You can always use the classes to modify your styles.

The more recent versions of nightmode use the same system as Flarum's native dark mode; as long as colors are done via less variables and not hard-coded everything should be fine.
