biwek86619 where did you find that code? That doesn't look like Flarum code at all. Looks like WordPress plugin code.
The order of the element is likely in the javascript frontend, so it will require use of the javascript Flarum API to change. Unfortunately I don't think we have any code example ready.
Sometimes, the order of some items is based on the order the extensions were enabled in. Did you try to disable the extensions and re-enable in the opposite order?
