Unable to clear cache

Command line error -

Clearing the cache...
Could not clear contents of `storage/cache`. Please adjust file permissions and try again. This can frequently be fixed by clearing cache via the `Tools` dropdown on the Administration Dashboard page.

I tried to change permissions and tried but still had the same error

I also tried chmod 777 to storage logs but still the same by root id and user id both

I can only clear cache by using root ID and by using php flarum cache:clear command but can't clear cache from dashboard and user id.

GreXXL I checked all the permissions are okay, Also tried chmod 777 to all these files.... still issue.
