Likes and Mentions can't be used

Flarum information

Flarum core: 1.8.1
PHP version: 7.4.29
MySQL version: 10.1.48-MariaDB-0+deb9u2

I update my Flarum to the latest version using composer and do the migrate command and nothing went wrong
but some extension (likes and mentions) makes the Flarum can't be accessed

the error log showing there is a error on the database query "Syntax error or access violation"

I deactivate all the plugin and everything fine, then activate the plugin one by one and giving me a result if I activate mentions or likes plugin the site can't be accessed

Is there any step that I missed ?
