Any good extenstion to accelerate flarum?

Hi all,

I would like to know if there are any good extentions ro lazy load Youtube videos on page posts, lazy load images and perhaps remove unecessary CSS and Javascript.

When I pass the Ggogle speed test, I only get 80% for desktops and 45% for Mobiles.
