Flarum is some of the best forum software I have ever seen, it is extensible, easy to use, and FREE! The Flarum community is also great, I have seen many fixes to my problems by just looking through Discuss.
There is also an amazing Extension community too, bringing amazing extensions such as Afrux Forum Widgets Core, and the whole Friends of Flarum library.
Me personally, I'm using Flarum creatively, as it's actually the base of a small radio station I am working on, which goes to show how extensible flarum is.
