API allow modification of created_at and updated_at via API

Hello,

to allow the import of old data from other forum software I would like to propose to allow to modify the created_at when creating data via the API. If none is given then the current date (currently applied via Carbon::now()) will be used. If there is willingness to merge this in v2 or v1 then I may also contribute this.

My extension Author Change provides this feature already.

The extension comes with its own UI but the attributes are made available to any REST API user as well:

createdAt attribute on discussions and posts
editedAt attribute on posts (nullable).
