Composer extensions not showing up

What the title says

I have attempted attempted to install several different extensions: language pack, and some others from FoF; This used to work flawlessly in a past webserver, but not in my recently configured VPS.

Forum works normally, as one would expect, I just cant see or enable any extensions, even though

composer require ...

succeeds

Does anyone know why? 🤔

Ok guys sigh

Since I can't delete this I'll just leave it open to whoever is having the same issue
I had 2 composer.json, on the forum subdir and on the root dir.

I didn't think too much about it at the time...
