Appreciate any ideas on how to debug this.
Email is working.
When user 1 posts in thread user 2 is following, no email notification, despite appropriate settings. When user 1 mentions user 2 by name, email is received as expected.
Field "subscription" in user_discussions table is "follow" for thread and user in question.
