How to remove the "blog" in the page titles of the blog add on?

Hi all,

All my blog titles have this:
title of the blog post - Blog - mywebsite.com

Any idea how to remove this annoying "- Blog -" please and only keep the title as:
title of the blog post - mywebsite.com

As it is n ot too good to have this keywords in the titles.
