Seems you have choose to not share your php flarum info.
From your post we don't know your PHP version, extensions that are active in your Flarum.
Have you tried to see if disable extensions and restart server will resolve the issue?
Just to be sure the issue is not caused by an extension and I hope your PHP version is an updated version as user sometimes use a no more supported PHP version and this can cause issues.
