Here are the steps I took myself,
But after installation, I found that there is no option to switch the language in the Settings, and I turned on the debug mode, but no error and error logs was found.
Please help me~

xjy you are adding and immediately removing a language pack.

composer require flarum-lang/chinese-simplified
composer remove flarum-lang/chinese-simplified

Was this the intention? There won't be a language choice if no other language is installed.

If you only require it, do you see the language pack in the admin dashboard? Can you share your php flarum info output?

I'm sorry， I didn't do that. It wasn't my actual procedure. I let you misunderstood.
It's like my memo notes ,save some useful cmds list file,
I added the language pack normally and didn't uninstall it immediately.
I can see the language pack and enable it,
