Problem after flarum installation

The issue

so after quite a bit of research, I decided to install flarum
i am hosting on hostinger shared hosting with SSH Access
whole installation went normal, even setup that we have to do on our domain
but right after setup is complete i am greeted by this screen that says

Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site. Try hard-refreshing this page to fix the error.

Now Installation is sorted but i cannot login as administrator , like username and password is correct it just re directs me to home page without login

Sounds almost like something is wrong in the config file or your redirects one. I'd start by taking a look at them.

If there was absolutely no error during installation but as soon as the first access, one possible cause could be a lack of memory for PHP when it starts compiling the javascript and CSS of the forum. You should find an error message for this in the logs if that's the case.
