Error when trying to install Flarum on Cpanel Hostinger

My Cpanel and hostinger currently
PHP 8.2
MYSQL

I follow all the steps of the official installation and also the ones I found on the internet, but they all give me the same error, the configuration page appears as soon as I click to finish, there is only a page showing this error "An error occurred while trying to load this page ." it's nothing.

my subdomain, sub.domain.com also points directly to the public_html/sub folder
So I don't know what happens

They are all in the consult directory, I had already removed them all from the public folder and moved them to consult, which in this case would be the public folder that the subdomain is already pointing to
