Number of replies won't refresh

Dear forum

I have recently installed Flarum and so far everything is working fine except that when you reply to a topic I still see that the topic has 0 replies.
Any ideas why the number of replies is not updated?

Update,
first reply had to be approved. Once I've approved the comment, the number of replies was not updated, BUT when I have mad another reply in the same topic, the number of replies has changed to 2.

This might be a bug that happens only for the first reply if it has to be approved.

I have also noticed that I had to approve 2 posts from the same member? Is that normal?
