Where should `/api/discussion` be redirected to?

I'm using lighttpd as server.

I need to know where should I redirect something like /api/discussion/1?page%5Bnear%5D=0 to api.php? Especially the discussion part, should it be passed as parameter?

I can detail with lighttpd's part as long as I know the path to redirect.

But the /discussion/ part is not passed with $query_string, how should I deal with it?
$query_string part is ?page%5Bnear%5D=0.

I found my mistake here. I was forwarding /api(.*) to /api.php$1, but I should probably rather redirect it to /api.php.
Now, /api/discussions is working and returns a json result with posts. But when I add new post, I still have 500 error and message is:

500 Internal Server Error
POST http://ecforum.duapp.com/api/discussions

null

Thanks for the helping. I solved my problem, and post the information here for others to come.

I first checked log and found the following message.

PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/home/bae/app/storage/formatter/Renderer_c948a789f4cfbf5fe810adb7a16004b8a7ee05ec.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bae/app/vendor/s9e/text-formatter/src/Configurator.php on line 5804

And I begin to recognize that there isn't storage/formatter directory, although storage do have 775 permission. So I mkdir the formatter firectory, and everything works ever after.

Ovilia could I ask why your user is named "bae" ?

Kulga The directory is not created because I installed with composer locally and uploaded the files to server with git. Since git won't commit with empty directory, it's not on my server.

Davis It's something like Google App Engine, only that it's provided by Baidu.
