How can I run Redis Queue in Docker

I use the Flarum installed by Docker, I am using Redis, I want to use Supervisor, Cron or SystemCtl to run php flarum queue:work

Maybe I set the path or something wrong, I tried for a long time, never succeed, use Supervisor, always prompt can't find command 'php'

My path to fill in is /opt/1panel/apps/openresty/openresty/www/sites/vfxskill.com/index

When I am in a container, it can run

but This doesn't work，bash: php: command not found

When I choose to run in a container Could not open input file: flarum
