How to restrict some tags to admin only?

I'm getting used to Flarum and I'm confused about tags.

I would like to have some of my tags only available for myself while others are available to the general user. In the Tags area in the admin CP I see only a couple of options. Under "Create" there is "Bypass tag requirements" which is self-explanatory and set to admin-only. Under Moderate there is "Tag discussions" which I have set to Mods.

I just created a new user and a new post with that account and was able to tag discussions with any of the tags available. So... I guess the Moderate permissions are only for changing existing tags?

How can I restrict some tags so that only admins can use them, and I would also like to restrict some other tags so that only individual users or groups may use them. Is this possible?

Did you change the start discussion (and with approval) permissions explicitly for the tag you wish to lock down. It might also be worth restricting 'View Forum' again under the permissions for the tag you wish to hide it from everyone except those with view permission for that tag.

Obviously don't change 'view forum' setting when creating reply only forums.

So far as I am aware bypass tag requirements relates to the Required Number of Primary Tags and Required Number of SecondaryTags settings found under tags.

Tag Discussions (again so far as I am aware) allows someone/a group to change up the applied tags either adding to deleting them,

Click "configure scopes" in the permission grid to create configurations for specific tags.

Thanks! The "configure scopes" link took me right to the permissions page and now I see the "Restrict by tag" settings.
