Safari Resource Preload Issue

I've encountered an issue that only appears in Safari but not Chrome:

When I use Safari to open my Flarum site and several other Flarum sites,

“The resource XXXX was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it wasn't preloaded for nothing”

yellow warning appears in Safari's console, but this warning does not appear when opening the Flarum official community (this site) and several other sites.

I found that this warning may cause the content to be refreshed every time you return to the previous page when using Safari to browse Flarum, which affects the site experience (especially there are a large number of pictures in the Discussion List on the homepage of my Flarum site. Refreshing the content will cause serious page drift problem on the iPhone)

So does anyone know what the cause of this resource preload issue in Safari is? and how to solve it?

I found that this extension may cause

warning on Safari browser, which This will cause a second refresh every time the user returns to the previous page.

I've discovered what causes this warning - enabling the askvortsov/flarum-pwa extension.
