Cache problem

Hello, I have a problem probably with the forum cache, when I make some changes to the forum the changes do not always appear or appear and disappear (In the gif I change the tag icon which appears and disappears once despite using incognito and using the combination CTR + F5)

I use shared hosting - 1GB ram, I use Flarum 1.8.5, PHP8.3.2, MySQL 8.0.35
What I have already done:

clearing browser cache / using different browsers on different smartphones and PCs / using incognito / CTRL F5
cleaning the cache / disabling the cache from the hosting panel
php flarum cache:clear
php flarum migrate
Deactivation of most add-ons
Installation of LiteSpeed Cache
I contacted the owner of the hosting who suggested changing the cache-control but I do not know how to change it

The first thing to identify is what exactly is happening.

From what I can see:

changes to the icon take effect when using ctrl+f5
changes to the icon seem reset when clicking any other tag

Is this correct to describe the issue at hand?

Has the litespeed cache been disabled entirely for the community? Not just by disabling it on the server side, but also by disabling the respective extension?

I agree with this statement
The gif I uploaded is just an example of how this can manifest itself,
the problem occurs when i have any interaction with the forum : write a post, logout, login, change settings in the admin panel

At the moment, LiteSpeed Cache (flarum extension) has been disabled to make it easier to diagnose the problem as this extension has not brought any benefit.
