As a quick back story, I own over 30 "Waco" domains and so I've been putting some demos up.
Here is the one I just finished today, Waco.Website. I just discovered the install as a zip feature and the extensions manager! I used to have to get "SKevo"#28427 to help me, but now, not so much.
