Issue with other people entering my website

Hello i have an issue with other users trying to enter my forum. I asked the host support and they told me is probably a software issue.
This is what appears to other users:
"Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site. Try hard-refreshing this page to fix the error.

Someone knows what can i do?

And please confirm these users are accessing your community exactly as specified in url of the config.php, redirect www to non-www or vice versa.

luceos In my public_html folder i don't have any config.php file, should i create it?

lowpet the config.php is located in the installation path of flarum next to a file called flarum.
