Bulk delete spam users

Over the years my forum has accumulated hundreds of users which have signed up hoping to post spam, but were prevented by the use of extensions.

I would like to bulk delete them. They have zero posts, email is usually gmail with long random usernames containing may dots, username is random string.

Is there a way to easily filter and delete them?

delete from users where is_email_confirmed = 0 and discussion_count = 0 and comment_count = 0;

Use at your own risk, to see what users this would apply to change delete to select *

Thanks for the suggestions! I thought maybe there is an option in the Flarum interface, but indeed it's easier done directly in the database.
