LostCat I am not getting anything in logs This is most up to date version of flarum on shared hosting / cpanel. Only happening to one user who does use a vpn, user cant post or comment but can use private discussion Any ideas what could be happening here?

luceos LostCat that's a POST action, and the rest are GET actions. Can you ask them to log out and log in again? Just to see whether that does work? We will also need the output from php flarum info.
LostCat luceos i will ask them to do this and report back, i forgot to mention in my initial post they are receiving 403 error at api/routes
clarkwinkelmann If you are able to inspect that traffic, you should check what the response body is. It might be an error generated by a module on your webserver and not Flarum itself. It's difficult to get that information if only some of your users have that issue, but if you have access to the device where it happens, try looking in the browser network tab.
