😄Yeah aye, it seems quite bizarre to me too.
I just thought to mention that I've read several of Xiaoxiaobai5724's posts today and from these I gather that English probably isn't Xiaoxiaobai5724's primary language, so it may be possible we are currently participant to a minor communication hurdle.
I'm fluent in English and to me Xiaoxiaobai5724's original discussion title + 2nd & 3rd replies all seem to imply communicating exactly the same as yourself(luceos), clarkwinkelmann & html5syt have interpreted, ie: that Xiaoxiaobai5724 would like an dedicated extension/or alternative means to enable giving regular members full administrative access.
Which, again, to me seems quite bizarre and extremely risky.
Therefore I'm thinking Xiaoxiaobai5724 may be intending to mean something different than what it would appear to us and instead Xiaoxiaobai5724 may potentially be having difficulty effectively communicating what they're actually trying to ask.
I realize clarkwinkelmann has already requested further clarification, subsequently without such as yet being provided by Xiaoxiaobai5724, which begs the question: (why not?)
Regardless, it seems you have now answered the original question-(as it would generally be interpreted by anyone fluent with English)-that there is no such extension.
@xiaoxiaobai5724 may I ask whether you have considered creating a secondary/or sub-admin group to achieve your intended goal here?
(This would make a little more sense because this way you'd be able to control and limit whatever access allowances are granted for members of this group, rather than simply allowing for unrestricted administrative access—(😄which would be very risky in my opinion)
