toks When I try to add an image to a discussion using the fof/upload extension, the link to the image gets embedded in the editor instead of displaying the image. Is there a way to show the image instead of the link? Many thanks.
GreXXL toks you mean in the text composer or in the submitted post? In the submitted post the diplay is depended on the method of embed you have chose for uploaded images.

luceos In the fof upload admin area page you can define your mime types for what files you allow. Each of these entries have a dropdown how these files are to be represented. Try it out, upload a new file of that type and see the difference.
Chope Text composer has preview which shows the real time preview of the message you're composing including the media. Click on the eyes to see the preview on mobile. The preview should show in real time on pc.
