Include user progress bar in discussions

Hi, I would like to propose an improvement for the Money Leaderboard extension.

It is based on Level Ranks so we have an origin so we don't start from 0.

User story:

As a discussion forum user
I want to see a progress bar below each user's avatar in each discussion view,
So I can easily identify their position in the ranking and recognize the top users.

Criteria of acceptance:

The progress bar should be displayed below the "Top X" indicator.
If the user is Top 1, the progress bar will be completely filled.
If the user is not ranked (outside the Top 15), the progress bar will be empty.
For users who do not have enough points to be ranked, a message or indicator should be displayed to reflect this condition (for example, "Not ranked"). Avoid hard-coding translations.
The total number of the ranking will be based on the "Max load count" option of the extension.
The tooltip will show the user's score and the source of the value will be the "Name of the money" field from Money extension. E.g: "[money] stars"
There will be an option to enable or disable this enhancement in the extension.

Wouldn't it make more sense to make the value configurable as to what the Top N consists of?

I forgot to replace the digit with X. Yes, I meant based on the value defined in the extension of one of the configurable options: "Max load count" .

I'm usually on the side where user stories are read and developed, I have no experience in creating these (yet 😅)
