I tried to install extension using Extension Manager but got error

Hello! Please help me I get this error when I install extension using extension manager fof/upload then

then I used composer on the left side of extension manager.
i imported repository from github and got fatal error :

Aduxo are you able to access the admin area?

If you run into issues with the extension manager, look up the respective log file under /storage/logs for it so that you have an actual error to report here. I think that error is also logged within the admin area, extension manager interface.
