features:
- option to display the group more like it shows in the forum with an emoji and coloured background, this could be extended to tag references. disabled (default) displays group using standard text like today (with fixes at bottom)
- option to include/exclude
@ symbol in user/group tags
- email previews for each template/event (either a live view in admin console or generate test email button for each type of template/event)
- add missing email templates
bugs/changes:
- post content can break formatting, see here
- group mentions are formatted differently than user mentions. the group mention today is wrapped in double quotes and has a
#gid appended at end of group name. Ideally it would be formatted like users without any quotes, just "group name" (except no directly link embedded since there isn't a group page built into core) and compatible with the "rich" group mentions
