Updating Problems (Require, Found)

Hello All,

Usual problem, get involved in something, do lots (ish) of coding, everything seems okay. Come back after a few weeks/months to update and do more stuff and can't remember jack.

Wanting to update my forum, usual line in composer and get the error:
Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires kilowhat/flarum-ext-cimaise ¹.0, found kilowhat/flarum-ext-cimaise[1.0.4] in the lock file but not in remotere positories, make sure you avoid updating this package to keep the one from the lock file.

How do i get around this please?

Sidepoint, in Extension Manager, i also cant update because it cant update the above package due to authentication problems.

Any help welcome!

Thanks @luceos I had missed that. I also found I had to "upgrade" the extension (in short nothing got changed) but it then allowed me to update everything else as per normal. Thank you
