I wanted to take a moment and showcase the new community I am working on. It's dedicated to high school football (American) in the state of Alabama which is in the US.

Originally I was using the Tags extension for over 400 tags because all schools fall into a classification of 1A-7A and I had tags for all of that plus the individual school which made the site very very slow. So instead on the recommendation of @Juba007 I decided to try out the Taxonomies extension to achieve basically the same thing I was trying to do with tags and subtags. So thank you for the recommendation.

I also want to thank @luceos for the awesome managed Flarum hosting and all the time and effort he has put into helping me get this up and going. I highly recommend the service. While it might be costly for a small community you can't beat the service they provide. Plus if you have an issue you have one of the core Flarum developers working behind the scenes to fix the issue.

Flarum is an awesome piece of forum software and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start a new community. I also want to thank all the extension developers that create the awesome extensions we get to use whether premium or free that makes Flarum just that much more awesome.

          a month later

          I have really been working on redoing the look of the site as while I loved the Pallet theme so many things didn't work right with it so I decided to quit using it and tweak the default style. Take a look and let me know what you think.
